I APOLOGIZE FOR ANY NON-WORKING MP3s...
My Service Provider has legal issues with MP3 files and I am currently searching for a better provider. Thanks!

This site was developed not as a device to show off my talents, but rather to demo guitar gear and recording methods. When I search for new guitar gear, I always am very gratefull to have decent sound clips to listen to. This is my chance to give back.

My recording techniques are not very advanced but I feel that is a benifit to what I am attempting to accomplish here. Too much studio magic and the true sense of how an amp sounds and responds can get hard to grasp over a recording. There's a reason studios cost millions of dollars!

If you have any questions or comments, feel free to email me. I always respond fast and love to talk tone.

FENDER AMP WORK:
Amp Tech for Hire

For the past year I have found myself working on fender amps for friends and folks I meet online to get the absolute best sounds out of their amps. It has turned out very good so far, so I've decided to offer it to anyone out there who may be interested.

I have a list of things I do to super reverbs (and most any other fender amp) to get the most out of these amps. The changes are inspired by the modifications Cesar Diaz did to SRV (Stevie Ray Vaughan)'s amps with a few things I've come up with. This includes, disconnecting trem and normal channels, changing a few component values/brands and basically squeezing every bit of tone I can out of these amps.

Each amp is different and it depends on the degree in which a client would like their vintage amps changed. So if you'd like to get more out of your vintage amp, feel free to email me and we can discuss your specific case. Sorry, I don't mod reissue amplifiers since they are simply too hard to work on because of the printed circuit board (but don't let anyone convince you they are inferior because of the PCB, thats just rediculous)

I don't charge much at all since this isn't intended as a money making operation. Its roughly the cost of the parts/shipping plus a small comission for my time.
