The committees and their responsibilities necessary to make the Exchange happen are listed below. A complete table of all committees and volunteers can be found here:

Responsibilities
Team Leaders
Relay decisions, suggestions and questions from committee chairs to Coordinator, who relays them to and from Japan Coordinator back to team leaders who relay them to committee chairs.
Fundraising
Obtain funding to offset our expenses
Interpreters
Obtain people fluent in Japanese and the language of art to translate for our guests during receptions, demos, workshops, and events
Museum Contacts
Filter information to and from exhibition sites thru installation and take down of our exhibits
Pickup and Delivery Pickup and Delivery of Japanese guests to and from airports and as needed
Publicity Create posters, brochures, invitations, press releases and more
Field Trips Plan educational/cultural/entertaining activities within each chapter and for all participants
Events Plan the fun - welcome and farewell within each chapter, overnight stay for all participants
Shipping Work with Museum Contacts to meet deadlines for receipt and delivery of work from and return to Japan
Name Tags Printed in English and Japanese to be worn during event week
Plaques and Gifts To officials and others who assist us in our successes
Scrapbooks Document our Exchange for WP&S and Japan to use for museum proposals, funding, member recruitment and more
