This mural was commissioned by local Coldwell Banker office on Ballard Road in Appleton, WI.
The client requested the artist to design an image that would inspire the Realtors to work towards the sales reward of a trip to Mexico. The resulting concept shows a warm beach
scene with a palm tree and footprints that lead to the water's edge.
The wall of the meeting room appears to have been broken through.
